hello ppl...

its been a long time i updated my bloggie...

bz workin~~~

admin support at Sony Precision Engineering Centre (SPEC) at Tuas...
under 2 bosses - Production Engineering Dept (PED) and Procurement dept i tink...
only noe i belong to PED, but heard tat the 2 depts gonna merge or wadsoever... LOL

3 interviewed me... 1 of them - my boss... the other 2 oso frm PED but diff buildin la lol... so far okok lor... environment there nt bad la... everyday deal wif loads of paperwork... especially drawings... spreadsheets... like nv-ending ah... then juz do and do lor... do till time's up, can go home... haha

so long nv online liaoz... when i on my laptop juz nw, abit nt used to it ah.. coz at office, i'm facing a 21-inch MONITOR everyday... (big hor? compared to my 15 or 17-inch laptop monitor lol) finally noe why i nid such a BIG monitor.. coz i'll b seeing lots and lots of numbers and drawings... if monitor small, fonts oso small, sure c till pajiao and die... LOL

anyway, tis company quite interestin wor... gt bell to tell u time to start work liaoz, time to go lunch, time for tea-break, and time to go home LOL... ppl there oso quite ok la, can click lor... juz tat topic revolves more abt their kids... most of them their kids ard pri sch nia... tis shows how YOUNG i am in there... HAHA

pay - hmm... cannt hiam too much la... BUT FYI... i'm nt HIGHLY-Paid... so pls... dun take ur parang knife and TOK me hor... LOL~ i'm juz an admin support staff nia... haha

first job after i graduated, altho its a temp job, but better than doin nth at hm and rot... at least everyday wakie, gt sth to look forward to do... time is spent more wisely and meaningfully... =)

the position - admin.... actually VERY broad lor... nwadays and last time nt the same liaoz wor... other than data entry, gotta do BOM (Billing of Materials), meetin suppliers to negotiate and RFQ (request for quotation) etc etc.. supportin my bosses. coz boss said if he nv employ me, he do all these alone, he wil die... BUT he nv tink of me leh =( LOL juz jokin haha

the company uses Oracle... which is quite similar to the JD Edwards we learnt during ERP lessons... and oso for their drawings they used Auto CAD wor... (the hp drawing BL asked richard to come out for our ECD proj using tat program)

first 2days sat beside an engineer... i'm so amazed by wad i saw on his laptop... he does the drawing... which looks so CHIM to me... =x

ppl there... nt very young la... haha i considered the youngest in MY office wor... =x there no handsome de guys >.< but gt some "zuan shi wang lao hu" (rich, successful BUT old men?)

lastly... PPL... if ur readin my blog... tag me leh... i dunno who reads and dunno i gt supporter anot leh =( scarli no supporter then i write like giv myself read nia... sad case hor? LOL
